Mons Oculus was a temporary sanctuary for the Earth Goddess Gaia during a sculpture route of 12 selected members of the Dutch Society of Sculptors, at the request of the board of the Amsterdamse Bos. Mons Oculus is a compass made of earth, sand-clay mixture and wood chips. Design and execution were in collaboration with WieCheRink.

Mons Oculus was een tijdelijke sanctuarium voor de Aardgodin Gaia tijdens een beeldenroute van 12 geselecteerde leden van de Nederlandse Kring van Beeldhouwers op verzoek van de directie van het Amsterdamse Bos. Mons Oculus vormt een kompas, gemaakt van aarde, zand-leemmengsel en houtsnippers. Ontwerp en uitvoering waren in samenwerking met WieCheRink.
